Our ESG Governance Committee meets quarterly to review risks and opportunities at Twinings and oversee our strategy. To help with this, Twinings has a Human Rights Due Diligence Steering Committee and an Environmental Steering Committee. They discuss progress and challenges, and raise risks identified through horizon scanning, stakeholder engagement and third-party research and insights.

In the case of severe human rights issues, we have a human rights impact procedure in place to manage and address issues that require immediate attention, investigate and, where necessary, support with remediation.
