Sustainable farming and biodiversity

Biodiversity loss presents a huge risk to tea and herb communities. We believe that farming in harmony with nature and taking care of the environment will enable smallholder farmers to keep growing tea and herbs while earning a stable income.

Through Sourced with Care, we are supporting farmers to adopt more sustainable, nature-friendly farming practices, so they can continue to make a living from tea and herb farming while taking care of the environment.

Empowering tea communities

These ‘mini-parliaments’ provide people with a much-needed space to address grievances with their employers, hold businesses accountable and make collective decisions about community development.

We believe that everyone in our supply chain should be able to provide for themselves and their families.

We aim to help strengthen the resilience and income of 25,000 farming families by 2025.
