Livelihoods

Protecting the rights of workers and improving incomes through skills, new technologies and access to market

Having a secure income is the key to unlocking so many things: healthcare; nutrition; education; housing etc. Without a proper income people are unable to provide for themselves and their families and become trapped in a cycle of poverty. We are working in our supply chains to ensure that workplaces have safe and decent working conditions and that people receive a living wage. We also support smallholder farmers improve their income through diversification and training.
