Sourced with Care is Twinings' ethical sourcing programme, which ensures that we source responsibly as a company, but also that we act as a force for good to improve quality of life in the communities from which we source around the world.
We believe that everyone has the right to a decent quality of life and we want to make this a reality in the communities where we source our products. We work to empower women, improve access to water and sanitation and increase livelihoods for communities in our supply chain.
“With our Sourced with Care programme, we have a unique approach to assessing conditions in our supply chain which goes beyond traditional auditing practices. This way, we can develop tailored interventions that deliver tangible benefits and empower communities so they can build better futures”
Céline Gilart, Head of Social Impact, Twinings

We work to build climate resilience and improve livelihoods for farming families, through sustainable, nature-friendly practices and income diversification. We are also reducing carbon emissions in our own operations and supply chain to become carbon neutral for all our tea and infusion by 2030. Read more here.
